¡¡¡¡Wang,Siquan,male,the Han nationality,the Party Member of the CPC.
Born in Jan. 1955. Professor of Forensic Science Technology,Administrative
Police Commissioner Class II. Holder of Government¡¯s Special Subsidy.
Graduated from Chemistry Department of Jinlin University as major
in physical chemistry in 1982 and obtained Bachelor Degree of Science.
Engaged in advanced studies in Scientific Police Section of Florance
Police Department, Italy from Dec. 1989 to Dec. 1990. Has successively
served as Head of Teaching Office, Vice Chair of Department, Chair
of Department, President Assistant, Vice President and now as Party
Secretary of CPC and President. Research orientation is forensic
examination of questioned documents. Publications include about
40 scientific papers and books on topics of identification of the
printing methods, electrostatic duplicator, electric printing system
and time of handwriting. Second Prize winner of Science and Technology
Advances Award and Outstanding Teaching Achievements of Higher Education
Award granted by Ministry of Public Security . Winner of Outstanding
Teacher of the Year 1993 of Shenyang. Twice winner of Outstanding
Teacher of the Year 1996 and 1999 granted by Ministry Public Security.

Secretary of CPC, Vice President
¡¡ Jin, Yuxue, male, the Han nationality, the Party Member of the
CPC. Born in Dec. 1948. Administrative Police Commissioner Class
II. Professor in Chinese. Graduated from Department of Chinese of
Shenyang Normal University as major in Chinese Language Literature
in 1982 and obtained Bachelor Degree of Arts. Has successively served
as Head of Secretary Office, Deputy Chair of Student Affairs, Chair
of Student Affairs, President Assistant and now as Vice Party Secretary
of CPC, Vice President, Vice President of Liaoning Writing Association,
President of Research Society of National Public Security Colleges
and Universities, Chief Editor of China Criminal Police, Journal
of China Criminal Police College. Publications include about 40
scientific papers and books. Chief Editor of Guidelines on Application
of Document Writing on Public Security Criminal Law, which won Third
Prize of Outstanding Publications Award on the Second Session of
Chinese Writing Association. The paper Challenges and Strategies
of the Chinese Police Training in the 21st Century won Second Prize
of Outstanding Paper of Chinese Higher Education. Twice elected
as the representative of Huanggu District¡¯s Party Congress. Winner
of Outstanding Teacher of the Year 1991 awarded by Shenyang People
Government.

Xiaodong, Vice President
¡¡¡¡Zhang Xiaodong, male, the Han nationality, the Party Member of
the CPC. Born in May 1953. Administrative Police Commissioner Class
II. Professor of Forensic Medicine. Holder of Government¡¯s Special
Subsidy. Graduate student¡¯s tutor. Graduated from Medical Science
Department of China Medical University in 1982 and obtained Master¡¯s
degree. Has successively served as Lecturer, Vice Professor, Professor,
Head of Teaching Office, Deputy Chair of department, Chair of Department,
President Assistant and now as Vice President. Research orientation
is Forensic Pathology. He is undertaking two scientific research
projects of Ministry of Public Security. Publications include more
than 30 scientific papers. Third Prize Winner of National Invention
Award and First Prize Winner of Science and Technology Advance of
Ministry of Public Security. Winner of Outstanding Teacher of the
Year 1993 of Shenyang, Winner of Outstanding Teacher of the Year
1995 granted by Ministry Public Security. Winner of Outstanding
Individual of Science and Technology awarded by Ministry of Public
Security. Winner of Outstanding CPC Member of Shenyang in 1998.
Honored the title of ¡°Young and Middle¨CAged Experts for Outstanding
Contribution¡± awarded by Ministry of Personnel.

Shujie, Vice President
¡¡¡¡Zhang, Shujie, male, the Han nationality, the Party Member of
the CPC. Born in Jan. 1958. Professor of Forensic Science and Technology.
Administrative police commissioner class III. Holder of Ministerial
Special Subsidy. Graduate student¡¯s tutor. Graduated from Dalian
University of Technology, majoring in Engineering Mechanics and
obtained Bachelor Degree of Engineering. Has successively served
as Lecturer, Vice Professor, Professor, head of office, Deputy Chair
and Chair of department, President Assistant and now as Vice President
and Vice Chairman of Special Committee of Trace Examination under
Chinese Criminal Science Technology Association. Research orientation
is Examination of Tool Marks. Undertaker of National ¡°Ninth Five
Year¡± Science and Technology Project and four ministerial research
projects. Publications include 50 academic books and papers on examination
of tool marks and special marks, analysis of footprint, fluorescent
display of fingerprint, multiwave light source application, etc.
Second Prize winner of Outstanding Textbook Award of Ministry of
Public Security and Second Prize Winner of Science and Technology
Advance Award of Ministry of Public Security, Winner of National
Outstanding Police Award in 1996, Winner of Labour Model Award of
Shenyang in 1997, Winner of Outstanding Teacher of the Year 1998
of Liaoning. Once elected as the representative of Huanggu District¡¯s
Party Congress.

CPC. Born in Jan, 1957. Vice Research Fellow, Police Commissioner
Class III. Graduated from Chemistry Department of Liaoning University
majoring in Inorganic Chemistry in 1979. Has successively served
as head of High Education Research Office, Head of Teaching Affairs
Section, Deputy Chair of Teaching Affairs Department, Chair of Teaching
Affairs Department and now as President Assistant. Publications
include more than 30 papers on education and teaching administration.
Chief Editor of Comparative Research on Criminal Police Education
and Training: China and Other Countries. Winner of ¡°Eighth Five
Year¡± ¡°Ninth Five Year¡± Outstanding Education Achievement Award.
Winner of National Outstanding Police Award granted by Ministry
